Henry's Biography

Henry holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) professional designation from The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.  He has also received the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation.

Henry is licensed to provide both life and accident and health insurance in a number of states.  As a Registered Representative of Equity Services, Henry offers variable life and annuities, mutual funds and unit investment trusts.

He was a member of National Life Insurance Company's Agent's Advisory Committee for four years and served as its Chairman.  Henry has been active in a number of professional organizations, including the National Association of Health Underwriters, where he was President of both the Birmingham and Alabama associations.  In April of 1988, he received the Alabama Association of Health Underwriters' John Galloway Memorial Award for service to the Health Insurance Industry.  He served as a three term director of the Birmingham chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.  Henry also served as a Director of the Birmingham Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

Henry and his wife, Susan, have one son, Whit, an attorney practicing law in Birmingham.
